Takedown Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. All coloring pages on CrayonUp.com are original works shared for personal, non-commercial use. While we believe our content complies with fair-use principles, we take copyright concerns seriously and will promptly remove any material that infringes on a copyright holder’s rights.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe content on our site infringes your work, email your request to bourhdado@gmail.com with the subject line “Takedown Request”.

Your notice must include:

1. A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
2. The exact URL(s) of the content.
3. Your full name, address, phone number, and email.
4. A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
5. A declaration under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete requests may not be processed. False claims can result in legal consequences.

Our Response

Once we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the content. We will also notify the user (if applicable).
